Topic: RE: Dehydrated
I have a sleeve, but I think hot liquid goes down much easier than cold or room temp. I am 11 days post op and have no problems.
The more liquids you can get in the better. Chicken broth seems to go down the easiest.
Topic: Dehydrated
Had to go to the clinic to get a few bags of fluid. They say that is also why I was so nauseated. So I hope this helps. They gave me new med Zofran. Today still nauseated but I am forcing water down. Any idea how long this goes on before I feel normal again.
Topic: RE: Cleveland Clinic Experiences
I started my journey June 2009 and had my surgery 12/22/2009. It seems to take forever but it really wasnt that long. I wish i would have kept a journal from the beginning. Good luck and keep in touch if you have any other questions. I have found it easier to get all visits schedule on one day and the valet parking is then 12.00 for the whole time or 7.00 if your 50 or older LOL

Have you seen the 2-parter videos OH made of my opening talk at their West Coast National Event a few years ago?
It's about, "The Key to Overcoming Self-Sabotage!"
It might make a useful discussion topic after your members view it; total running time for both 10 min.
Best always,
Lauralyn

WELCOME!!!!!!!!!!!
Your best bet is to call your insurance yourself and find out what comorbities they consider and what they will not. Every policy is different it's all in how each company writes it.
GOOD LUCK,
Robin
