Hi, I am presurgery and work in Akron. I'm having surgery with Dr. Z--the Sleeve procedure. That is cool that you've posted this message. I could certainly pick up the products easily enough. I'll have to do 2 weeks of the Optifast, and I'm sure this will work for me.

Hey Katy Sue! I actually work in Lewisburg, Ohio!! : ) Nice to meet you. I went to the same conference as Don, and got to meet him. It was a lot of fun and I am looking forward to the Cincy conference as well. All are welcome no matter what stage you are in, pre-op, post-op, non-op and spouses as well. Hope to see you there, and since we are so close we should meet up sometime!

As with ANY protein drink - it's a matter of taste.
I love the Mocha flavor (hot) don't want to try it cold yet....
My Finace likes the Vanilla (Cold make with Milk), hated the Mocha (hot or cold)...I've yet to try the Vanilla....

I just called the hotel. Here's the deal on parking:
Valet parking is $24/24 hours with unlimited in/out privileges.
Parking garage (believe she said underground) is Hourly (didn't know the hourly cost) or $15/day Monday-Friday), $3/day Sat/Sun with NO in/out privileges....

Our weight loss group * Little by Little* will be having another meeting the 1st Tuesday of July...The 6th...We meet at 6:00 at a local church...If you would like more information about our group, feel free to message me...We've been a group now for just a little over 2 years...We allow pre-ops, post op's and even no ' 0ps....We have a couple members who don't plan on having surgery, and are always welcome to attend...
