Back surgery for me.
Hello everyone. I just got back from UH in Cleveland. The spine surgion say's L5 disk is really looking bad and i need surgery. I will be out of work 4-5 week's healing. Say's it's not a right away event. I can just put up with the pain and it will get worse but it is up to me when i can afford the loss of wages for 4-5 wks.

I am doing extremely well and feel very happy with my progress. But along with the success come those fears of the day the scales stop moving downward. I have been slipping a bit and let a few old habits creep back in. But I am working hard to keep them under control and get back to losing big time again. I dont want to waste a moment of my honeymoon phase with my pouch. I know as time goes by more its under more and more of my control, so if I want to maintain this loss I have to keep on my plan. Which is not so easy once you really start losing you think you can allow yourself a little slack now and again. But I want to live a long healthy life and am more than willing to do what I need to do to make it happen.
I think those girls are pretty busy these days, But we are gonna have to drag their hineys in here and get an update on them. LOL
Nice to see you and I really hope you are doing well. I am off to take my car to the repair shop down the street. The tie rod is ready to break on it and they promised they could get it fixed in time for me to go to work at 4:00. We shall see. !!! Thank God I was having my oil changed yesterday and they found it was ready to breaK, I could have been on the interstate driving and it broken and could of killed us all. I am greatful that it happened this way.
