I need some help with finding someone to finance the part of my surgery that medicaid doesn't cover.Does anyone have any experience with this or know any companies?

I didn't realize that Medicaid sometimes doesn't cover all of the procedure. I thought they approved for "all or nothing".

at Dr Z's there is $120 nutrition assesment and $1600 for support groups and the program fee

I'm not sure where Norton Ohio is, but Dr. Curry in Cincinnati accepts Medicaid, only charges 300.00 enrollment fee, and has an insurance gal *****ALLY knows her stuff. Might be worth the drive to save the money. His website is newyourealyou.com. He's a great surgeon who I really like. I wish he was doing my lapband, but I'm selfpay,so price has to also factor into where I go. Best of luck!
