Thanks Cindy. This board has been such a godsend with members like you always there to offer support. I don't understand the insurance companies either. I guess they would rather pay for my knee replacement and bladder surgery! Go figure. Your kind words mean the world. My pcp will do my follow up care for me. Dr. Ungson will always be available to him via phone also. Big decision to go out of country, but since I'm a self pay now, it was the best option.

Thanks Barb!! Yep for the most part I do feel great! Unless I do something I'm not supposed to do.. like IMPACT exercise... I've once again became been restricted because of my back [dr's orders]. So IF I behave I'm good to go! a big hug & back

I still haven't looked at the calendar Colleen just said the middle of the month, we've been doing it on Thursdays, so that must be it! Don't worry, I AM having the auto troubles for you.. ack rack & pinion rod? joint? whatever went out on my van. Don't know whether to fix it or look for a different vehicle. My choice is the latter.. then fix the van and sell it. Vickie
