Helo everyone! Update!!!!!
I'm six weeks out and feeling wonderful.
Down 39 lbs! Can you believe it?
I'm in a size 20 jeans, down from a size 26, and my shirts are hanging off of me.
I can't believe how fast this is happening.
I exercise almost everyday and I feel great most days. Still have some days where I feel weak but I just take a nap and I feel much better afterwards. I'm getting about 40-65g of protein a day. Not able to get a whole lot of water in but I drink all day.
Dr. Mikami thought I had a stricture and I had a scope done last Friday but everything was fine, no stricture. I was relieved!

As of this morning I am down 31 pounds. I'm getting around well, but not doing a formal exercise program yet. Taking care of my three-year old, plus light housework, is about all I can handle right now. I am looking forward to joining a yoga class or something like that soon.

Josie your doing wonderful. I am down from 272 to 220 in 2 months. I feel great. About the energy. I started feeling great at 7 weeks. It happened over night. I feel great now. You are doing great. Glad your doing so well. Happy Thanksgiving. I will be eating my meal. Just in smaller portions. But yes. I will eat turkey and stuffing

Sorry its taken me so long to respond. I have just been one busy lady doing a lot of juggling of lifes problems. But I wanted to let you know how proud I am of you. You are doing so wonderful and I am tickled pink for you. You are learning how to use this amazing tool to give yourself a new and improved life. Yes the weight is melting off, but it still takes discipline to make the right food choices and get all your vitties and exercise in. If I hear one more person say this is cheating and the easy way out I will scream..
Keep up the hard work and just wait girly you are gonna be looking and feeling great when summer rolls around this year. Whooo Hoooo!!!
