I missed the posts about Dr. C

I just wanted to chime in and give my TOTAL support to Dr. Curry and his staff. He has been soooo helpful by answering every question I have shot at him and I could not have found a better surgeon for my banding. The aftercare program at Deaconess is excellent. Dr. Curry believes in the band. He's an expert in the field and and I value his opinion as much as I value mine . He is the best! I missed it too, to busy sitting on the coutch healing. All I can say is I have had 2 doctors in the last 32 years that seemed to give a damn about me. Dr Curry is one of them. I just came out of Lap band surgery on the 22nd and never prior to it did I ever feel pushed or anything but support from Dr Curry and his staff. On top of that as busy as he is, I have recieved replies to emails sent to him on weekends when other doc's would not even think of replying or even calling back. He also took a few minutes to talk to my mother on the day of my surgery. I was in recovery so I don't know what was said, but she went into this very skeptical and when we were leaving she was telling me what a great Idea this was. I also had the opritunity to choose my doctor. And I chose Dr Curry for his reputation. I have had no supprises and hence no regrets. I did miss the coments made, but it would be hard for me to imagine anything legitamate that was less than positive. Jeff

Well people shouldn't make comments about anyony they don;t know Dr.C and his staff have treated me great.Also he's the only Dr. I see comming on this web site answering post to help people.So comments should be kept to them selves. Michael

I MISSED IT TOO PENNY ..WHO IN THE H--L IS THIS PERSON ,WHERE DID SHE COME FROM TO HIT OUR DOCTOR WITH THIS GARBAGE .I HOPE SHE HAD A GOOD THANKSGIVING AND SHE GOT THE PART THAT WENT OVER THE FENCE LAST ,THAT IS WHAT SHE IS ..HANG IN THERE DOC THIS TURKEY DONT DESERVE A RESPOND .YOU AND YOUR OFFICE ARE THE GREATEST ..BARBWEGS ..

I have yet to find the fateful thread myself, but I can't imagine anyone trashing our Dr. C. It's a wonder he hasn't been scared off

You can*t scare a man like Dr Curry off this message board. He is a very dedicated man to his profession. He did my Aunt*s surgery 11/04. I have never met anyone in the medical field with so much true compassion for his patients. He is very personable. As his practice continues to grow I pray he never loses those characterists* The person that posted that heated message ask for his opinion. And he gave it to her. So big deal he did not use fancy words or over my head phaselogy. He used the phase - nuts ; So what? That is what I like about him. He is honest and down to earth. I think she took it out of context. *She asked for his opinion - He gave it to her. End of story!* It is a free country... if she wants a different kind of surgery ; fine. Seek a surgeon that specializes in what you want. Don*t make a mountain out of a mole hill just because you disagree on types of surgery. Oh well - Dr Curry she just gave your patients an opportunity to brag on ya. Sincerely, Tasha
