pulmonary specialist recommendations

Can anyone suggest a pulmonary specialist in the Toledo area that works well with the whole WLS procedure? My doctor asked that I contact one to get a pulmonary function test. I called one today who said that they do not take orders from other doctors and do tests on their own order. This may be true, but I am only going on what my PCP has asked me to do. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Best, Alexandra
