shopping for insurance for my company

The owners of the company I worked for asked me to look for health care coverage for our employees. I called a couple of brokers and am going to be getting some quotes. In the meantime, can anyone offer any advise of how to go about this. Thanks, Jen

Are you trying to have the WLS rider? If so, United Health Care is an excellent company to request a quote from. They usually work through a broker tho. But, for 10% above policy cost they will have a rider added to the policy and cover all but $250 of the surgery. Also, if you have documented information throughtout the loss process they will allow the TT as a condition of the WLS surgery. That is who my company has. P.S. The approval process is a piece of cake - my doc sent in the request and I received a YES in a matter of days. Good Luck Sue
