I was at my water aerobics class a few weeks ago when a reporter asked to interview me. Today the story is on the front page of the Life Section of the Sunday (July 31) Dispatch. I am the first person she talks about in the story. The photo is of the kind of class I was taking, water biking, (hence the reference to the Queen song) I am not in the photo, it was shot at a time I was not there.
Thanks everyone for letting me brag. I just love attention now. Alright, I confess I loved it in the past to, it just feels better now.

Is it a hydrorider class? I LOVE those! I take it every Monday and Thursday at my gym. Nothing like getting hot and sweaty and being able to just duck in the pool and feel all better.
Now, I was on a real bike on Friday - riding on a trail. My butt is STILL KILLING! I love biking, but what is with those seats?? I even had a gel cover on and I still can't take it! I want to go again, but there's no way I can go until I find a better seat!
TOO cool on your front page story!!! Maybe in a few months, I'll want my picture taken again too.

I am glad you get to take the hydrorider class to, most of the time people have not heard of it so I am glad you have.
It feels great to be able to dunk when you get hot, can't do that on the land bikes that is for sure.
I tried a land based bike class once and my butt hurt for a few days and I was using a gel pad to.

If you were closer to Cincy, I'd suggest you joining my gym! It's so much fun. The water classes are the best. I taken water kickboxing, water spinning (the hydrorider class) and high intensity cardio. WHAT A WORKOUT!! But they're fun and you aren't all gross at the end... which is very cool!
