I am back!!!!
Richard,
You would be so darned proud of me. I have been swimming twice a day for an hour and a half each time. I got a book from the library on water aerobics and am kicking some serious butt. I almost snuck out for a 3rd trip tonight, but decided to just chill out. But I have so much energy since starting the unjury and the new prenatel vits I cant hardly control myself.
Thank you for making me believe I would get to this point.
Hugs,
Laura
Richard,
I hate to be gushy and mushy, But I owe you such a dept of gratitude. You and your wife made that long trip to see me in the hospital after my surgery and I will never be ever to thank you enough for doing that. I was feeling so yucky and down and alone.. And in walks this couple that changed my life. Someone I didnt even know cared enough to check on me. I felt like I had known both of you all my life and spilled my guts about everything that was bothering me and causing me fear.
I hope you know how much you changed my entire attitude that night. You also gave me the incentive to return random acts of kindness to strangers as well. Even if it is something as simple as just standing in line at the grocery store actually listening to someone. We all need one another and you taught me to look for those people *****ally need a boost.
You and Teri are a special couple and I pray that you continue with your mission that God has placed you on.
Thank you so very much
Laura
A little kindness can go a long way. Yes we do all need one another. I am so happy you are helping other people. It makes you feel so good and I feel helps in the healing process also. While we help people it also helps us stay on course with our journey. You are doing so wonderful I can't believe how much you have blossomed. Hope to see you again soon. Richard
