need to hear from some people having pain 10 mos out

it now 4.11 am here i have a dr appointment at 8.30 am can`t sleep having alot of pain on my left side of belly has ben getting wrost in the last few days, and think i also have yeast infection . i was 10 mos out yesterday and have lost -105+ lbs and this is only the 2nd time i have had any problems. the other problem i had was a super bad bladder infection and had to spent over nite hospital anyone have any idea`s of what may be wrong dr says nothing to eat or drink .in cause i have to have test done am a little scared!!!
