Tooting my own horn!!!!

I went to see my doctor that I have only seen once sence surgery and I got a clean bill of health. My bloodwork was perfect and the thing is I don't take vitamins. Thank God for that! I am able to do it with diet. Just had to tell you all. I feel good! Richard

Richard, I am very proud of you !! I think that you could be a great person for the hospitals to hire and come and talk with post ops. You and your sweet wife Teri made my first night post op more bearable. You have a warmth and kindness that shouldnt be kept hidden. Oh.. And I need to tell you all this man needs a new picture. He is so much thinner in real life and looks 20 years younger in person. Time for a new picture to show off the new and improved Richard.
