A Milestone (for me)

I went to my PCP yesterday for my B12 shot and couldn't resist jumping on the scales! I weighed in at 199.9#!!!! I have broken the 200# mark! It has been 23 years since I have been below 200#~~~ WOWWEEEEE HUGS Deb @ Indian Lake RNY (lap) 2/4/05 Dr C 252.5/199.9/140

Deb, That is fantastic! I am not far behind you I made my first personal goal, and that was to weigh less than my husband, and my next goal is to be below 200, I can't wait for that day! Congrats on getting to a goal, little victories..... Mary

Deb, I am so happy for you, that must of been an awesome feeling.. I bet you floated up off those scales !!!!! I have to keep remembering that these good losing feelings are coming for me soon. Its just so hard in this early post op period to wait for it all to start happening. LOL Congrats again Deb, I am so proud of you !!
