I almost have a date!!!

I'm so thrilled, as I almost have a date... I would have had a date last Thursday had the Doc's secretary called me on my cellphone!!!! We've been playing phone-tag ever since & it's driving me nuts!!!! She promised me that she would call me at work tomorrow a.m. So, I'm extremely anxious and can't wait to get her call!!!! I just hope that we don't continue to play phone tag any longer, or I WILL GO NUTS! Please pray for me. I don't think the secretary has a clue as to how important it is to finally get a date after 9 months of trying to have surgery. (When I've returned her phone calls, she's said that she is too busy to discuss my date at the moment and will have to call me back the next day - FRUSTRATING!) Karen, I know exactly how you feel about wanting that date....it will come...and Laura is correct, let go of trying to "control" the situation, whatever time date you get will be the right one. Youare so close, the time will fly, I almost can't believe that mine is over...and it's a GREAT feeling!!! Liz Hillsboro

Thanks, Debra!!! I will be sure to post when I actually get a date! I'm sorry that you didn't make it to the last Hillsboro meeting.... there were only 2 of us who showed, so, didn't have much of a meeting. I'd like to see us generate some more interest in this meeting. Do you think that it would help to switch to another night or meet somewhere else???
