I want lap band and I have only medicaid. BMI of 44 with sleep apnea and leg pain(knees & heels). If medicaid will not cover I am going to get the ball rolling for the gastric. I would rather have lap band, but I feel time is running out. I have 6 kids and ache to run with them.
Debbie, I dont have medicaid but I do know they cover WLS as long as it is medically needed. Call them and find out what doctors are under the policy. Good luck.....Pam
