Need a recommendation
Sue,
I have a great book, it is called "The Complete Book of Food Counts, by Corinne T. Netzer. It has everything, calories, carbs, protein, Cholesterol, sodium, fats and fiber. My daughter got this for me at the CVS drug store. I also go to the website 9www)nutritiondata.com I like it because you can type in a food and it will list the values. I hope this helps..good luck!
Mary
