Just wanted to pop in and say hello to all. I went to the Support group at Mt. Carmel in Columbus last nite and saw some faces I haven't seen in a while. I think going to support group is what keeps me honest and always remembering my roots. It keeps me centered. I have my supporters who help me too, as I try to help them. My good friend Terri is always there for me. I try to be there for her too. Just wanted to put my two cents worth in. You can't/shouldn't try to do this alone. Find a group to get involved in and stick with it. Go to be a mentor and to get the support that you need. I got fat all by myself, now I need my friends to help keep me on track. Blessings to all of you and hope that you are being good to yourselves. Suzie
