Bananas are VERY GOOD for you!!!!!!!!
I found this very interesting since I crave bananas. Maybe this is my bodys way of telling me I NEED bananas.
After Reading THIS, you'll NEVER look at a banana in the same way again.
Bananas. Containing three natural sugars -- sucrose, fructose and

It also helps with diarrhea too. It is in the BRAT diet we recommend for moms and people with upset gi systems. (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast)

Did you ever notice, that the Good Lord provided us with so much of what we need without us having to try to concoct it up ourselves? Bananas, and don't forget the incredible edible egg...milk from cows and goats and whatever you can milk, (hehehe) and the list goes on.
