? for Dr. Curry........

Dear Dr. Curry, I was wondering if you can see any problems for RNY patients to take a product called Simply Sleep by Tylenol. The main ingredient is Diphenhydramine HCI. It is for occaisional insomnia. I suffer from insomnia but don't want to take any prescribed medicine for it. Can this product hurt my pouch? Thanks so much for any advice you can give me. Janet
