Good Morning
Ok the weather has not been that good here in Ohio. But the sun is coming back out.
I just wanted to post and say good morning to everryone. The board has been kind of slow lately.
Post-Ops get your water, protein and vitamins down.
Pre-Ops keep the faith, Don't give in to the insurance company. You can do this!!!
Well, I am off to have my light breakfast toast and decaf coffee, then all clear liquids for the rest of the day. Tomorrow is the big day for me, surgery at 11am.
Margo I look forward to meeting you, over look me I may be a little drugged (hopefully). 
Connie, thanks for all your support, I really appriciate you! You helped me in so many ways. I am gald we are friends.

Lisa good luck on your big day!! I always love seeing your Happy Smile on your posts.. Just think how big that smile is going to be as those pounds start coming off. I am so Happy for you!!!!
