ANTS IN MY PANTS !!!!!!!

OMG, I'm going to scream....... My MD's office mailed the letter to United HealthCare last Monday, April 11th. The nurse said for me to call them in about 2 weeks to check up on the status. Well, I'm sure all you post-op's know, I couldn't wait 2 weeks, soooo today I thought mayby I'll just call and "check up" with care coordination to see if they have atleast received my letter yet. The lady proceedes to tell me that yes, they received it and have made a decision . But she can only tell me if a letter has been mailed out. Yes, it was mailed out on Friday, April 15th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could just die. The catcher is she tells me that she cannot tell me if it has been denied/approved. I said well that might not be soooo good since they just received my letter 4 days ago!!! She then sneakly says to me, "oh it's a good thing, believe me." OMG!!!!!!! Now I just have to wait for the mailman. Nothing today. I will ATTACK him coming up my driveway. I'm going to have to keep myself busy tomorrow because the suspense is KILLING me!!!! Carmella.........sounds like your approved!! But I will keep my fingers and toes crossed for you today that it arrives!! I've been waiting a week today for mine from Aetna........I know I'm approved but can't get an appointment with the surgeon till I get my letter, which stinks!! Hopefullly both of us will get our letters today!! YEAH!! Keep us updated!! Luv, Tabitha

I will be keeping my fingers and toes crossed too. I was approved at the beginning of the month. I know this wait is terrible. If you are like me, it is the biggest weight off your shoulders. Good Luck... Hugs, Julie
