please help!!!!!

I need Dr. Needleman's office number. I have misplaced mine and information cannot find him. I live in Dayton and really need to speak to the office. Anyone else experienced "Gout" since the surgery? I have had my first and boy is it painful. Says some causes are starvaton dieting, uremia (lack of water). Please help. Sandy
