need some vitamin help

I am having a hard time swallowing vitamins, and am wondering if anyone can recommend a good multi vitamin that is relatively small, or at the very least not as big as a horse pill? My hair is also starting to fall out. Any suggestions?

Try Centrum adult chewables. They are tolerable and go down easy compared to a big pill. Orange flavored. Chris

I take One A Day Essential in the green box or the Kroger brand in the green box, that says One Daily Essential. It's just as good. Good Luck!
