OSU Support Group

Hi guys! It is like Julie says, we have a great group going on over here! If you would like some info on the sessions, please send me your email and I will be happy to send it to you! We don't care if you had surgery at OSU or not, and there are no fees associated with it. We just keep growing like crazy. I think it is AWESOME!!!!!! It's a great way to network, share information, meet people and just have that bond that only we can share with one another! Bo McCoy, OH's very own was our speaker last night. We always have a speaker presenting a topic and twice a year we have a carry-in and clothing exchange! FUN FUN!! I have started a directory (not affilitated with OSU or OH) of people who wish to share address, email, etc. with each other so that we can branch out and connect with people in our areas, maybe for rides, or just to get together with outside the meetings. My short term goal ( thanks Bo) for the bunch of us is to maybe have a summer time picnic somewhere. I am so excited! We welcome you all! Val

Hi Deb, Yes I went last night! It was a very interesting meeting. Bo talked about his journey before and after surgery...and things he is going through even now! It was very inspirational!! I can't wait till the next one. If you want/need a ride, just let me know! Tabitha

I didn't realize that the meetings are for us pre-op folks. I am very interested in the details .. when, where, etc ... Thanks, Shellie
