Cindy, you have mail
I make a chicken recipe using orange marmalade. I haven't had time to modify it since having surgery, but I have created a lot of other wonderful recipes, but I hope to do the orange on as well some day as it is very good. I am doing okay. Having my share of ups and downs, but generally good. I have lost 73 pounds since my surgery and a total loss of 113 now. I am getting exercise an average of about 4 days a week and really notice a difference with how I am toning up. Haven't had too many issues with food other than fatty meat and ground chicken which don't like me very much. I have managed to stay away from cookies, candy, pastry and fried stuff so far (did cave and have pizza once and was stuck in a situation where the only food available was a hotdog "YECH") but otherwise I think I am on track. How are things going for you? Is your son doing okay with his band? I wonder about you from time to time. I was reading your profile and your property sounds just lovely. I am so jealous that you have deer to enjoy in your back yard. I am a city girl and we rarely see them in our neighborhood. They are such peaceful creatures. My pair of cardinals has returned this past week and I hope to see them with a baby following them around soon. They are soo very pretty. Have a great night.
Hugs,
Jaimee
