I need a good April fools day prank...

to play on my 13 yr old son, he thinks he's such a wise-azz and I'd like to get him good when I go home today. Help! I did take him to the ER last night, he hurt his foot jumping down the stairs and landed sideways on his ankle, however they said last night it was just bruised... think I could fool him and say they called me today at work and it is actually broken?
