FRUSTRATED!!!!
I just need to vent. I have been caught up in the Cleveland Clinic "bariatric surgery program" (in quotes because it's a joke) for 3 years now. After the ten different appointments I went to last year between Endo, Psych, Nutrition, Surgery, and sleep study I fell into some sort of black hole where the insurance company that had been covering the surgery decided not to anymore but took 3 months to decide. I had to start over again after waiting a year to be able to switch to my husband's insurance. The real joke of it is I'm a Cleveland Clinic employee. My husband works for Home Depot. His insurance covers the surgery and mine doesn't. I am so frustrated that the Clinic has no one who seems to know anything. They need to have a contact person! Anyone else out there with these issues? Any advice? Sorry for the long message but enough is enough! Thanks!
