Does BCBS of Ohio approve WLS? I have a friend who is interested.

Suzie, It really doesn't depend on which insurer you have, it depends on the employer. Two BCBS patients who work for different companies - one may have coverage, the other may not. The only way you can find out is to call and ask about your specific plan. We have operated on a lot of BCBS patients, so they do cover it, but not across the board.
