It's Sunday - did you work out today?
So who worked out today?
I'm finally cleared for almost all of my pre-op fitness activities, so today was my first day back in the pool.
I take a waterbiking class - if you're not familiar with it, basically it's a spinning class set in the pool. I could definitely tell today that I've lost some strength while I've been recovering, because the class kicked my butt (in a good way)!
All I ever hear is that exercise is the key to success with WLS. So what did you do today?
Looking to get new ideas and maybe some motivation too!
My Workout so far today has been to get myself moving early and into Sunday School and Church. This afternoon I have Aerobic Spring house cleaning planned. I know its not jogging or lifting weights, But I do really try to work at a fast steady heart racing pace. So its got to do some good.
