Obesity Lawyer....

I am thinking about retaining the attorney Gary Visco, I have a question for anyone out there. I have heard that he is good but I would like to know if anyone has used him and if he was able to help you get approved? I realize that every case is different but a little research never hurts. I have an exclusion and this is what I am having to fight so if anyone has had any kind of results whether good or bad it would be much appreciated. Shelia

Shelia, I just sent all of my paperwork today to Gary Visco. The only thing that I can tell you about him is that I started out by emailing him with a few questions and he always emailed me back. I faxed him a copy of my denial letter from Medical Mutual of Ohio and he called me right away to discuss if he could help me or not. He did fax me a letter from Medical Mutual showing that he did get another client approved through Medical Mutual. He was quick to respond to any questions that I had, so that is why I chose him.
