Summacare health insurance

I did a search on the internet and found a couple of people who went through summacare to get their surgery done and had a hard time with them. Why isn't summacare on the insurers link then? I really need help with summa and need to know what steps should be taken to get approved. Thank you, Ronda in Canton

Hi Rhonda, I have Summacare and did not have the least bit of trouble from them. They have a special bariatrics nurse case manager for Summacare patients, perhaps she could help you, also if you go through Summas bariatric center they are most helpful.
