Sunday weigh-in
Well, it's Sunday weigh-in time. Had lap RNY on 12/13/04. I have lost 47 pounds - getting close to the half century club! Lost 3 pounds since last Sunday.
It's really true, even when the scale doesn't show a loss, your measurements are busy changing. I do take some measurements:
Upper arm - lost 1.7" (mostly batwing now)
Forearm 1.5"
Wrist .8"
Bust 3.2"
Chest 4"
Waist 4.5"
Hip 5.3"
Butt 6.1"
Upper thigh 9.5"
Calf 3.5"
Ankle 1.3"
Wearing 16s in pants (down from 20/22s) and an XL in tops (down from 2X or 3X) as long as the sleeves are loose.
Anyone else reporting?
