any one have any good or bad news about Dr. Cook at OSU. and medicaid?

I want to have the surgery at OSU and I seen the surgeon Dr, Cook and wanted to know if anyone has had him or not .. also wanted to know if I should contact his office to set an appointment of If I need someone to refer me to him?

I don't know about Dr. Cook but i called a Dr. Curry in cinncinatti and they do take medicaid and the people i talked to on the phone were so nice and helpful haven't been there yet will see him on the 3rd of march but just fomr talking to office was a good first impression read my post here titled HELP if ya want the numbers GL with whatever you decide
