Go Ahead!

I got the go ahead from my pcp this morning to pursue WLS. I am very excited and nervous at the same time. I began researching about two years ago and when I went to talk to my doctor about it, he ran some tests and came across a thyroid problem that put me at high risk. I have been working with an endocrinologist and my thryroid is functioning normally now! So, my doctor gave me the green light. I am going to attend a "free seminar" this month and then schedule a consult. I know I still have a ways to go but it feels good knowing that things are getting started!!
