I was wondering my Dr Derick Martin wants me on chewable or the spray vitamin but it is getting so disgusting that I need to know what others take & if your blood tests have came back good. My dr said that the pills you swallow do not get absorbed good so for me not to take them. What pills are all of you on & did you get your blood tests back good with them? thanks
