Have you ever thought about or gotten a tattoo? Did you regret it? What did you get? I have considered a really small one as a marker of losing 200 pounds, but keep deciding against it. I just can't committ to anything so permanant. Cheryl

I'm at my goal weight now, and WHEN I get a TT/LBL (if I ever get it) I want to get a small Butterfly on my hip bone area. At 43 I DON'T want to ware a bikini and show it off but I want it for me and for the most part only for me to see, not the whole world. Now my daughter 11 want's me to get a belly button peirced after I have a TT. That may be a little easier and get some type of butterfly thing. Robin W

I have 4 tattoo's. 1 on my upper left arm, heart shaped balloons with my sons names in them, surrounded by smaller hearts. 1 on my chest, flowers with the word peace spelled out in chinese. Also under a black light it has a smilie face that appears. 1 on my back, high right shoulder area, all signs of peace intergrated together. and 1 on my right leg that goes from my knee to ankle, day lillies with a butterfly and rainbow at the top. When I get under 200 ( a while yet) I plan on getting another. Dunno what yet, maybe a big L on my forehead for LOSER...lol .. not Vickie

I have one. It's on my right outer ankle, icky. It was supposed to be two rosebuds, but I don't like them. They were from an era of my exhusband (who was abusive) so they harbor not so great memories. I am wanting to have something put over it, don't know what yet, but I will figure it out. That's cheaper and easier than having it lasered off. I do want to get another one. Have you heard of "Happy Bunny"? It's a little sarcastic cartoon character. At any rate I want to get on either on the small of my back or on my "butter cheek" (what my daughter calls it) that has him pointing to his butt saying "kiss my pooper" hehehe I just think that is hilarious. I AM going to get my belly button pierced post tummy tuck. For once in my life I feel sexy and I want to get that done, because I think they are adorable. Earl isn't so hip on it, but hey...my body baby! Fortunately he loves me lots, and tends to overlook my silliness!

Well - I have thought of it a few years ago! lol but never went throught with it - I wanted to get a tweety bird on my hip - then big suprise - I wanted a "star" on my hip instead.. the star ide stayed with me a while... but I have decided against any tattos because 1) I am a baby when it comes to pain.. and 2) DH is very turned off by tatoos on a woman.. well - would not want to turn him off of me now would I *wink wink LOL ~Starr~

Tattoo?? I could barely get up the nerve to have my ears pierced! I am way too chicken. But my sister has a ton of them. Neck, wrist, arms, legs, and who knows where else. She's a motorcycle mama and looks gorgeous. Kitty B. RNY 12/13/04 251 / 214

I don't have any as of yet, but one day, I would like to have one on my hip area that says "Organ Donor" . My late husband died waiting on a kidney transplant. Mary
