Revision Doctors?

Hello, Can someone please help me? I have looked and looked for a revisions doctor. I am just not having much luck. I am in Ohio. I am 2 1/2 hours from Columbus. I am 60 miles from Toledo and 60 miles from Cleveland. I am not opposed to going to another state as long as it borders Ohio. I weighed 280 when I had my surgery almost 4 years ago. I went down to 188 and stayed there for all this time until 3 months ago. Now I have put on 30 pounds. My stomach looks like I am 9 months preg. I went to a doctor in Mansfield, Ohio who told me with my BMI even at 188 with my health conditions he would do surgery. I already had the RNY, so he surely is not going to another one of those. Please help me find a doctor that might do the revisoin. Thank you so much. Norma/Ohio
