Surgery Tomorrow

Hi everyone. I am starting to get the jitters about tomorrow. I know what to expect as far as getting to the hospital and getting all prepared, but from there on no clue. I'm just hoping that everything goes as planned with not surprises. This is my second surgery date and I want this to happen so bad. Any suggestions on calming my nerves or what to expect while in the hospital would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi! My surgery was a week ago today so I can definitely relate to your nerves as I had mine just a few days ago. I just want to give you lots of thoughts and prayers and please remember we are doing this to live a long and healthy life. Take deep breaths, think about how happy you will be when you are a big loser, and be thankful you have this opportunity to change your life. Your going to be great!

Julia, congrats on your surgery-okay now take a big, deep breath. Okay, you've been through alot to get here and it's almost over.Try to do something calming tonigh****ch a funny movie with the family, take a nice bubble bath and then thank God you've been approved and tomorrow it takes place. I really can't tell you about what to expect from the hospital as I went to Barix-just do what they tell you.
