Ten Days To Go!

This morning I started that 'dreaded' 10 day pre-op liquid diet (just kidding, Dr C. ~ not dreading it !!~ ) I am so PUMPED! I even fished out an old exercise VHS and plan to do it as soon as I get offline! I was looking at the calender and in 7 months I will be 50~ and thanks to WLS ~ I will be fabulous~ 10 days to go!!! YIPEEEEEEE!!!!! ~Deb

Hey there I started my pre-op fast today also!! My surgery is on the 8th when is yours? I have a 14 day fast though (dr gluck requires it) I am so pumped and excited to start it!!! I am from the michigan board and just stopped here to see how jeremy is doing but saw your post and thought wow I have to reply!!!

Hi Deb.you will do great. My son did it a few weeks ago and he can do it anyone can. He lost a ton of weight during this time. I think 35lbs. Good luck and if you need to talk during this time we are all here to help. We will be praying for you every step of the way, Love.Cindy
