119 lbs gone forever!!!
In just 4 and 1/2 months I have changed my life so much! 
I am 2 sizes smaller and wearing clothes that I haven't worn in over 6 yrs. Good thing I am a pack rat! 
I have so much more energy and always want to do more then I used to. No more being a couch potato for me! 
I still have a long way to go, but I started at 474 and am now 355 and am just so happy. I am hoping to reach my 150lb weight loss goal by my 6 month anniversay March 1. Now, I am ready to start looking for a job and getting myself totally independant. Thanks to all of you for all the support you give on this board and encourgement. You are all angels
