Does anyone know how to deal with these people? I had my info submitted to them from my surgeons back in SEPTEMBER, then in Dec. they said no decision would be made until between Jan and March, so whatever, then in Jan they said a decision would be made by the end of Jan. then just the other day they said no decision would be made until after April!!!!! GRRR!!! What a bunch of crap!!! I am so mad I just want to get this done already. -Tema

I have a lot of info regarding my journey and Ohio Medicaid on my profile. They are a pain in the butt for sure to work with, you just have to stay strong and be a pain in the butt back. God Bless and good luck, Vickie

I don't know if I just hit them at the right time or if the fact that I had been trying to lose on my own for more than a year helped, but it was the first letter my PCP had ever written to Medicaid for authorization and I got an answer in a little less than 2 months...that was in 2002.
