Been in hospital again

Hi everyone. Just got home from the hospital again. I have been in since Thursday with abdominal pain and weakness. They did an EGD and found an ulcer at the junction where my intestines were attached to my stomach. I am doing better, just need to take it easy for a few days. How is everyone else doing? Hi Jill! So glad you are home safe & sound. Sorry to hear that you had to go through that! My only complication so far has been an infected incision, which they treated right away and did well. Like they say, take it easy and let that ulcer heal up! Kitty B. RNY 12/13/04 251 / 221

You poor girl. I am sure that has to be a painful thing. Do they have you on Protonix or anything like that to keep it from getting worse? Make sure you get lots of rest and get better fast! Here's a hug to help you feel better. Love, Jaimee

Thanks for the compliment Cindy. That picture was taken a few weeks ago. It looks more like me than the other one. I was 60 pounds heavier in the original picture. It was taken last December when I started my journey. How is Eric doing? Is he adjusting to post-op life? How are you doing? You seemed so down in some of your recent posts.
