Eating too much??
How much fluids are you getting in? You need to get plenty of liquids in too, especially water.
You should be getting roughly 60 grams of protein in, and from you have listed, it doesn't look like you got that much in. You will be suprised when you increase your intake a little bit (I agree with Earl) and bump your fluids...also, don't forget your body has plateaus where it needs to just readjust again. Very normal.
You do need to eat at least every 2 to 3 hours. Not monumentally huge amounts, just enough to fill you, and always do your protein first.
This is not an easy process, but once you get the hang of it you will be suprised at the great results you get!
Take care,
Val
Connie,
I guess I am going through the same thing. I did my weekly weigh-in this morning and I GAINED a pound! My doc told me this week that I was not eating enough.
I have been trying to increase my eating but I must not be eating the right things. And I have faltered in my water intake. SOOOOO, guess i'll hit the water fountain a lot more. And try to figure out what I should be eating (complicated because I am allergic to milk, egg, and food coloring). Maybe I need to shell out another $100 to visit the nutritionist although that means another half day off of work, too.
Good luck dear! We''ll struggle through this together!

Kitty, dont worry, you will have days where you might gain a few lbs. Its all water weight. I eat anything I want just so much less. If I had to watch everything I eat I would never do this. Last night we went out to dinner and I had 2 wings, and 3 fr fries. Thats all I could get in. I still have lost weight this morning. It may not be as fast as others, but I am very happy with 85lbs and only 35 to go. I am not in a hurry,I just dont want to worry every second what I am putting in my mouth. I stay away from sugar, and fried food. Good luck, everyone does this differently.I am 56 and dont expect to be in a bikini .but to be healthy and I am no longer on insulin,so I am happy just being me,and grateful Dr.Curry came into my life. Relax and enjoy the tool we were all blessed with. Time passes anyway. Love, Cindy
