14 Weeks Down 175 lbs!
Everyone else posts their progress, so I thought I would share mine.
Im Darrell Brooks, Cincinnati Ohio area, and am Down 175 lbs this morning from a starting weight of 594 lbs! (Now 419) - I am 6'7" tall, so I was a really big boy! I have a message base In my profile (ImLosingIt.com) that I post on, with a few others. My profile here also has current pics.
I'm starting to do ALOT more than I used to be able to. Shooting, Bowling, Walking, Shopping. I have gone down 10 pant sizes, 4 shirt sizes, and cant wait to drop off more and more!!!
Protien is an issue, but the more I eat of it, the more I loose!
Thanks everyone, and talk to you all later!
Darrell
YEAH DARRELL!!!
How awesome is that?? Great job, and yes you are a big guy!! My hubby is 6'3" and he is really big to me!! (I am a short 5'3") so a foot makes a big difference. I married him so he could reach the things on the top shelf!
You are doing great! Keep posting your progress...the best is yet to come!

I think that is totally amazing and am so happy for you! I also started at a larger weight than most people and know how much harder it is to lose it. I started at 474 and am now at 360 as of today. What a feeling to be able to do things you couldn't before and with no problems. Protein is an issue with me as well since I cannot do the drinks. Try eating more fish and shrimp as that seems to work for me pretty well. Good luck and keep up the great work!

Wow Darrell, you are amazing. I hope you are being careful and healthy with your eating. That's a lot of weight to drop so quickly so expect some dizziness and lightheadedness. My boyfriend, also a big guy like you, is looking at surgery soon and I told him of your success. You are inspiring people!
