I'm home and living well....

I had my surgery last Thursday and got home Saturday afternoon. I spent most of my hospital stay sleeping. Everything went really well and I can't imagine having better treatment at any other facility. Dr. Mikami and the staff at OSU are outstanding! I'm following my stage 2 diet and have had absolutely zero problems. It wasn't nearing as bad as I had expected. Thanks for all of the supportive messages from all of you. Eric

Congrats!!! Glad to have you back. Take advantage of these first few months, those are the ones where you lose it the fastest. Drink lots of water and keep your carbs low and protein high. Cheryl
