Denied LapBand by Anthem!

I knew it was going to happen, but still dreamed that someone at Anthem would look at my file and think "what a nice person this is..I think I'll just go ahead and approve her." Oh well, at least now I can go on with the appeal. I'm not giving up without a fight. I've already contacted ObesityLaw.com. Anthem had 60 days to answer an appeal. The wait continues ......

Best of luck to you on the appeal! I tell you, my band is the best thing I've done so far. I feel great, can eat normally and the weight is coming off...even without a fill! Keep us posted on your progress! Pam
