Where are ya

I know most of us got hit with a lot of snow and are stuck at home. Be safe on the roads, if you do go out. There are six big trees down in my backyard and I hear it's like that all over ohio. Be safe, Tame

My neighbor has 2 trees down and part of one of my favorite trees is down and the neighbors tree smashed my spice bush but the ice on the trees sure is lovely to look at.

We got a lot of sleet last night, on top of snow. I left work at 4:00PM yesterday, took 2 hours to get home. (Normally 20-25 min drive). It was much better after I got off the highway and on the back roads. We lost one tree a few weeks back with the high winds, but everything is okay. Just cold! But on the positive side, I didn't have to go to work today, and there is plenty to be done at home! Sue

I'm off of work for the next four days, thank goodness. I work at a hospital and we have to go in no matter what so I'm really happy I'm off. But I do need some milk. I'm going to venture out to walmart here in a sec, if I can get into the car. Be safe, Tame

I used to work at a hospital in Seattle and one year we had a really bad storm and they actually paid Taxi drivers to transport all of the employees to and from work to make sure they had adequate staff. I will never forget how much snow we had that year. It was something to see for that part of the country.

Here I am just north of Dayton - we got 19" of snow! And it's supposed to get down to 15 below zero tomorrow. Bad timing for me personally but it sure is pretty! The drift across the entire front of our house is waist-high on my DH. Have a great holiday! Best wishes Kitty B. RNY 12/13/04 251 / 229
