Support Group...Spfld or Dayton

Does anyone have any info on support groups in Springfield preferably, or dayton. I really feel like I need to start going. I was going to Dr. Maguire's before they decided to cancel my surgery due to them not accepting self-pay laprascopic patients I like the support and would like to find a group nearby and soon!
