One step closer...

Well, I went to the psych. office and took the MMPI today (boy, was that long!) I have an appt. with the psych. on Dec. 24 to get the results and his recommendation. I hope I did ok. I can get my EKG anytime, on a walk-in basis at the hospital, but I've been holding off as I've got a terrible chest cold and have been very congested. Does anyone know if that will affect the results of the EKG (it's hard to breathe sometimes because my chest is so tight and feels like my heart is beating really hard). January 6th is my appt. with the sleep study doc. BTC should be sending my packet out to the insurance company this week. Things are moving. Susan

Susan, I think we are about at the same pace! I had my first sleep study and they will give me the report tomorrow. (I called them 2X's now). I had my psych evaluation 2 weeks ago and my test last Friday. My doctor is making me do a colonoscopy (Jan 16th) and a mammogram. But my PCP faxed his letter to my doctor today! So just need the sleep study and psych eval and then off to insurance! Another Sue!

I went for sleep study on the 8th, isn't that the weirdest feeling having all those wires and goopy stuff on your head. I go back for another one next week too. I hope this all works out. Good luck to both of you. Tami
